Nadja Baldaconi


Nadja is an experienced Project Manager and Marketing Professional. Her expertise lies in developing and managing project strategies, communication, and event planning in the private and public sectors. She worked in several volunteer projects where diversity and inclusion were the main goals. These volunteering projects included a project for seniors’ knowledge exchange with young children in a win-win game. Also, projects for the inclusion of the LGBTQIA+ and the black community in the labor market in Brazil. Nadja's academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Cultural Projects and Events Management from the University of São Paulo, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Anhembi-Morumbi University, and a Marketing Specialization from Universidad Europea de Madrid.
